Every once in awhile I'm inspired to share a pep talk on this blog, so stay with me on this one.
Nothing ventured nothing gained, the old saying goes. Sometimes you just have to get out of your knitting, crocheting and crafting safety zone. Today, I'm encouraging you to leap out of your comfort zone and step into a new life, direction or technique with your creative process. This year I've been working on new directions for knit1fortheroad.com, writing, creating and exploring new materials and definitely stepping out of my comfort zone. So many of you have become my wonderful friends, inspiring voices in the dark and courageous examples of strong creative and giving crafters, readers, and indie artists.
We're half way through the year people, and it's time to check those resolutions, and check off all the "chicken" items on your list.
Keep on steppin' out, I'm right there with you!
