Hot Days and Cool Free Patterns

I so missed blogging yesterday due to one of those sinus/migraine, stifling hot days. I'm recovering and ready for some free cool patterns.  Since most of the country is hot and getting hotter I thought it would be a good day for some cool patterns to get us thinking lower temps. Grab your hooks and needles and dive into the clear, cool free pattern pool.

Crochet this beautiful OpenWorkWrap designed by Lisa Gentry and this fun Urban Jungle Slouchie Beanie by Vickie Howell.  Both free at Caron International.

Knit a Que Sera Cardigan designed by Kirsten Kapur for Knitty.com

Crochet an Essential Jacket, South Beach Washcloth Set, or Market Bag from LionBrand.

Knit these fun and colorful  Easy Family Slippers from PolarKnit.com on dpn's or straight needles.

Try knitting the Heaven Snuggle Knit Baby Blanket from NobleKnits.com for baby.

Are you smitten?  Knit up this Smitten pattern designed by Julie Weisenberger at CocoKnits.com or
Maybe you'd like to try this Fear of Commitment Cowl, also designed by Julie Weisenberger.

Splish, Splash, Splunk!  Enjoy your cool free patterns.
