Do you feel a tingle in your fingertips? Does your mouth water with anticipation of something new? Is your mind racing with thoughts of butterflies, iced tea, and the urge to knit with fibers other than wool?  You're probably tired of the phenomenom causing winter blasts, torrential rain, and gusts of icey wind known as winter.
